First, this study reveals the concept of locomotor rhythm through literature research. Next, we will clarify the ways that children use to form, reconstruct, and transform the locomotor rhythm. To this end, we will analyze recognition and control of locomotor rhythm in the sixth grade track and field classes. In the literature study, a locomotor rhythm was defined as follows. The locomotor rhythm has a structure in which the intertwined segments of accents in the nature of time, space, and force are carried out as dynamic repetitions.
