| 内容記述 | This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-understanding using the Johari Window and individual teamwork competency to clarify the team characteristics of the women’s handball club at A University. The subjects were 33 female handball players (average age: 19.76±1.28 years) who belonged to the A University handball club. We used a collective survey to respond to the subjects’ “worksheet of appealing points of my self-portrait,” “self-analysis sheet,” and “scale to measure individual teamwork competency.” After that, we had groups of “open window,” “blind window,” “hidden window,” and “unknown window,” in which, those who were higher than average were considered as the high group, while those who were lower were considered as the low group. As a result, the score of “encode” in communication was significantly higher in the low-blind window group than in the high-blind window group (Z=2.07, p<.05). The score of “encode” in communication was significantly higher in the high-unknown window group than in the low-unknown window group (Z=2.07, p<.05). The score of “coordination thinking” in the monitoring of the open window high-group tended to be higher than that in the open window low-group (Z=1.93, p<.10). The score of “coordination thinking” in monitoring was significantly higher in the low-hidden window group than in the high-hidden window group (Z=2.15, p<.05). In conclusion, as a characteristic of the women’s handball club at A University, it was suggested that players who have self-disclosure might have high coordination to sign of their intentions to the other members accurately and adjusted to the situation. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究は，A大学ハンドボール部女子のチームの特徴を明らかにするために，ジョハリの窓を用いた自己理解と個人のチームワーク能力との関係について検討することを目的とした。調査対象者は，A大学ハンドボール部に所属する女子選手33名（平均年齢：19.76±1.28歳）であった。調査は，集合調査法により実施された。調査対象者には，「気になる自画像のワークシート」「自己分析シート」「個人のチームワーク能力を測定する尺度」への回答を求めた。群分けは，「開放の窓」「盲点の窓」「秘密の窓」「未知の窓」ごとに平均値よりも高い者を高群，低い者を低群として検討した。その結果，盲点の窓低群は高群よりコミュニケーション能力における「記号化」の得点が有意に高かった（Z=2.07, p<.05）。未知の窓高群は低群よりコミュニケーション能力における「記号化」の得点が有意に高かった（Z=2.07, p<.05）。開放の窓高群は低群よりモニタリング能力における「調整思考」の得点が高い傾向を示した（Z=1.93, p<.10）。秘密の窓低群は高群よりモニタリング能力における「調整思考」の得点が有意に高かった（Z=2.15, p<.05）。以上のことから，A大学ハンドボール部女子の特徴として，自己開示ができている選手は，自らの意思をほかのメンバーに的確に記号化することや状況に応じて調整していく能力が高い可能性が示された。 | |||||
