 note = {The purpose of this study was to clarify the factors that may be hindering players’ deliberate practice in a traditional female volleyball team of N University. Group discussions and interviews with the players and the head coach were conducted. As a result, ‘shigoto (work)’ and ‘discipline’ became apparent as factors, and strict hierarchy was considered to be at the root of these factors. From the interviews with the coach, it was found that although they had reformed the team culture before and improved their performance, the current issues were similar to those before the reform. This indicates that it is important to continue to apply the pow-er of reform in order to change the team culture., 本研究の目的は伝統あるN大学女子バレーボールチームに所属する選手たちのデリバレット・プラクティスを妨げる可能性がある要因について明らかにすることであった。プレーヤーと監督に対して，グループディスカッションとインタビューを実施した。結果として，‘シゴト’と‘規律’が要因として現れ，それらの根底には厳しい上下関係があると考えられた。監督へのインタビューから，チームは過去にチーム文化の改革を行なったことがあるが，現在の状況は改革前と類似していることが明らかとなった。このことは，チーム文化を変化させるためには改革の力をかけ続けることが重要であることを示している。, 原著論文},
