 note = {This study clarified the factors causing maladjustment among physical education students. The survey subjects were 621 physical education students. Using the group survey method for the questionnaire survey, the number of valid responses was 580. The content of the survey covered the university life anxiety scale, which consists of the following factors: “daily life anxiety,” “evaluation anxiety,” and “university maladjustment.” Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were used as analysis methods, and the hypothesis was verified after confirming the reliability and validity of the constructed model.
Consequently, the following became clear:
1. Social anxiety positively impacts university maladjustment.
2. University life fulfillment negatively affects university maladjustment.
3. The degree of attachment to sports negatively impacts university maladjustment.
From the above results, it became clear that students who feel anxious about other people, such as seniors and teachers, have a much higher level of university maladjustment. However, students who feel that they are not fulfilled in their current university life and those who do not have an attachment to sports tend to have a slightly higher degree of university maladjustment., 本研究は体育系大学生が大学不適応となる要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。調査対象者は体育系大学生621名であり，集合調査法でアンケート調査を行った結果，有効回答数は580枚となった。調査内容は，「日常生活不安」因子，「評価不安」因子，「大学不適応」因子で構成されている大学生活不安尺度を用いた。分析方法は探索的因子分析と確認的因子分析，相関分析を使用し，構築されたモデルの信頼性および妥当性の確認を行った上で仮説検証を実施した。分析の結果，以下のことが明らかになった。
1．対人不安は大学不適応感に正の影響を及ぼす。
2．大学生活充実度は大学不適応感に負の影響を及ぼす。
3．スポーツへの愛着度は大学不適応感に負の影響を及ぼす。
以上の結果から，先輩や先生など対人に不安を感じている学生ほど，大学不適応感が高まることが明らかになった。また，現在の大学生活に対し充実していないと感じている学生やスポーツに対して愛着を持っていない学生ほど，大学不適応感がやや高まる傾向にあることが明らかになった。, 原著論文},
