According to the historical flow of the social studies evaluation, behavioral objectives, Bloom’s evaluation theory, criteria assessment, evaluation based on the goal, etc. have been implemented. However, even in 1980's when it should have settled, it was not sufficiently reflected in lesson plans of famous elementary school teachers, Mukoyama and Arita. At present, a constructivist transformation is being made to overcome the aporia of behavioral goals and criteria assessment.
