 note = {本稿の目的は，社会科評価において，ブルームの評価理論の受容と展開，および新しい評価方法としてのパフォーマンス評価にいたる経緯を検討することである。社会科評価の歴史的流れに応じて行動目標，ブルームの評価理論，観点別評価，目標に準拠した評価などに対応してきた。しかし，定着したはずの1980年代ですら，名うての小学校教師，向山や有田の指導計画に十分には反映しなかった。現在，行動目標や観点別評価のアポリアを乗り越える，構成主義的な転換がなされようとしている。その具体例として池野の向上主義学力論による評価，またパフォーマンス評価が提起されている。, The purpose of this paper is to investigate the acceptance and development of Bloom's evaluation theory and the process of performance evaluation as a new evaluation method in social studies. According to the historical flow of the social studies evaluation, behavioral objectives, Bloom’s evaluation theory, criteria assessment, evaluation based on the goal, etc. have been implemented. However, even in 1980's when it should have settled, it was not sufficiently reflected in lesson plans of famous elementary school teachers, Mukoyama and Arita. At present, a constructivist transformation is being made to overcome the aporia of behavioral goals and criteria assessment.
