 note = {This study was conducted to compare the test score of students in the Department of Judo Therapy and Medical Science. As a result, test score of the 1st-2nd grade and the final grade students show an important correlation. This suggests that the study during the lower grades is important to success in the National Examination for Judo-Therapist., 日本体育大学保健医療学部整復医療学科では，柔道整復師国家試験（以下，国家試験）対策の一環として1，2年次に総合試験を実施している。また4年次には整復医療総合演習Ⅰ，Ⅱの評価として国家試験問題と同形式の試験を実施している。両試験は国家試験に向けた関連科目の習熟度の把握に役立っているが，学生への学習指導においては，成績の経時的変化を理解することが重要と考えられる。そこで本研究では，国家試験に向けた学習指導の一環となることを目的とし，両試験における成績推移を調査した。調査の結果，1，2年次の成績と4年次の成績には強い相関がみられ，低学年における知識の習得が国家試験に向けた学習に直結することが示唆された。, 短報},
